Refund period: GSC Resolver Engine has a 14-day conditional refund policy, subject to the terms below and any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
When a refund may be available
A refund may be issued when all of the following apply:
- The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.
- The software materially fails to operate as described on the sales page or in the included product instructions.
- The purchaser provides enough information to identify the order and explain the material operating problem.
- The purchaser completes reasonable support or troubleshooting steps requested to verify and attempt to resolve the problem.
- The problem remains unresolved after those reasonable steps.
What is not ordinarily eligible
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are not ordinarily provided solely because of a change of mind, failure to read the product description, preference for a hosted or automated tool, lack of a desired indexing or ranking result, or an expectation that the software will connect to Google, crawl a website, implement fixes automatically, or guarantee traffic or revenue.
Refund eligibility does not arise from redistribution, resale, sharing, public hosting, unauthorized modification, use outside the licensed scope, or failure caused by an unsupported or materially altered environment.
How to request review
Email support@acebailey.store with the subject “GSC Resolver Engine Refund Review.” Include the purchase email or Gumroad order information, a description of the problem, the device and browser used, and any relevant error message or screenshot. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, Google login credentials, or private client information.
Processing platform
Purchases are processed through Gumroad. An approved refund may need to be completed through Gumroad and remains subject to payment-network processing and any non-waivable platform or consumer-law requirements.
License after refund
If a refund is issued, the license to use the refunded copy ends. The purchaser must stop using and delete the downloaded software and may not retain, redistribute, or use copies for personal or client work.
No waiver of mandatory rights
This policy does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or limited. Where applicable law grants greater rights, those rights control.
