By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using GSC Resolver Engine, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, or use the software.
Product and seller
GSC Resolver Engine is independent downloadable software created by Antwain Bailey, professionally known as Ace Bailey. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, verified by, or certified by Google.
Purchase and delivery
The current offer is a one-time $67 purchase processed and delivered through Gumroad. Gumroad's checkout, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and delivery terms also apply to activity conducted on Gumroad. No subscription is included unless a future offer expressly states otherwise.
License grant
Subject to payment and continued compliance with these terms, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased version of GSC Resolver Engine:
- for websites personally owned or directly managed by the purchaser; and
- for troubleshooting work personally performed by the purchaser for directly managed client websites.
The license permits commercial client work but does not transfer ownership of the software or its underlying content.
Prohibited uses
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, rent, publish, publicly host, mirror, white-label, or provide copies of the software or downloaded files to another person. You may not share buyer access, remove ownership notices, represent the product as an official Google product, or use Google branding in a trademark-confusing manner. You may not use the software in violation of applicable law or to infringe another party's rights.
Purchased-version ownership
A valid license provides perpetual use of the version purchased. It does not promise all future products, separate releases, hosted services, custom implementation, or indefinite feature additions unless expressly included in the offer.
Product scope
GSC Resolver Engine is a local browser-based decision library with 178 governed resolution states. It does not connect directly to Google Search Console, extract live Search Console data, crawl a website, modify a website automatically, or replace qualified technical implementation. No Google login, API key, subscription, or required external data upload is needed for the downloaded application.
No outcome guarantees
The software provides structured explanations, warnings, recommended actions, and verification paths. It does not guarantee indexing, crawling, ranking position, traffic, revenue, approval, recovery, or resolution of every website condition. Google and other third parties control their own platforms and outcomes.
User responsibility
You are responsible for selecting appropriate resolver states, evaluating recommendations, maintaining website backups, obtaining necessary client authorization, testing changes, protecting downloaded files, and deciding whether professional technical or legal assistance is required. Do not make material website changes without an appropriate backup and rollback path.
Intellectual property
GSC Resolver Engine, its governed resolution content, presentation, branding, documentation, and associated materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. The purchase grants a license to use the software; it is not a sale of intellectual-property ownership.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the linked 14-day conditional refund policy and any non-waivable rights provided by applicable law.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, error-free results, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of or inability to use the software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Suspension or termination
The license may be terminated for material violation of these terms. Upon termination, prohibited use and distribution must stop. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-related obligations survive where applicable.
Changes and severability
These terms may be updated for future purchases or when required by law or service changes. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
